Insolvency Mediation

What is Insolvency Mediation?

An alternative to litigation, insolvency mediation is the meeting of debtors and company stakeholders to negotiate an arrangement where all parties agree. A third party (the mediator) will work with all parties to get a solution outside of court to help avoid additional costs.

Insolvency disputes can easily escalate to wholly endemic proportions and mediation is a great tool which can allow these disputes to be resolved quickly.

The court process, as an entity can be fraught with danger and mediation lends itself very well to insolvency disputes.
