During the course of our engagement, the Board may disclose personal data to us to enable the provision of services. The use and processing of any personal data is regulated bythe Data Protection Act 2018. In providing our services we act as an independent data controller and are therefore required to comply with the obligations imposed by the Data Protection Act.
